Clark Patterson Lee is a full-service design firm with a talented staff of planners, engineers, architects, environmental specialists and urban designers.  Clark Patterson Lee will lead the team’s efforts, serving as the point of contact with the Town of Irondequoit.  Headquartered in Rochester, we will respond immediately to Irondequoit’s project needs.

They are familiar with issues facing Western New York and are adept at incorporating planning and economic development solutions to develop an implementation-ready course of action.   RKG will play a significant role in addressing the market needs and opportunities related to the East Ridge Road Corridor and the Waterfront Revitalization Plans.

McCord Landscape Architecture is a highly-talented design professional with local and regional experience who has worked on a wide range of projects in surrounding towns and villages.  Doug McCord’s grasp of the local landscape and his ability to interpret a community’s vision through design will be critical in our team’s ability to provide realistic planning and design tools for future investment and redevelopment throughout the town.  McCord Landscape Architecture will play a significant role in the development of the Parks and Recreation Master Plan.
